No Returns. No Refunds. Here's Why — And What We Do Instead.

All products sold by The PDF Guide Hub are digital downloads. Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final.

We understand this policy requires trust — and we take that seriously. Every guide we publish is written to a clear standard: specific, research-backed, and immediately useful. We do not publish guides that do not meet that standard.

If you experience any of the following, contact us and we will make it right:

Your download link did not arrive after purchase. Your file is corrupted or cannot be opened. You were charged incorrectly or charged more than once. You have any other question or concern — about a guide, your order, or anything else.

In any of the above cases, email us at officialpdfguidehub@gmail.com with your order number and we will respond within 24 hours.

What we do not offer refunds for: Change of mind after download. Purchasing the wrong guide. Dissatisfaction with content that was accurately described on the product page.
